My Laptop is stuck in Aptio Setup Utility Mode, what should i do?

The only options available on the Setup Utility are:MainAdvancedBootSecuritySave and ExitMy Laptop is in the latest version ( I think ) as of 27th of May 2023Im at Administrator Level on it.Everytime i try and “Save changes and Exit” it reboots the Laptop back to the Aptio Utility screen.Im not sure but there’s a button called “ Launch EFI Shell from Filesystem Device” and when i press it, it says “ Warning : Not found”Thats all the Info i have, im not really a tech Guru so im not sure what i should do.
