My laptop is showing that drive c is almost full, I have deleted files that I don't need anymore.

I have run disc clean up which freed a bit of space but still showing the disc is almost full. I looked at the system files and 2 folders are showing almost 400 GB used. I have taken a screenshot of the folders but they mean nothing to me. If anyone could shed light on what they are and if it is safe to delete them I would be most grateful.
