My laptop is randomly freezing

Hello everyone!I have an Acer, Aspire 3 which uses windows 11, Intel Core i7. i bought it brand new and have been using it for a year now.since my last update, it has been randomly freezing. like the screen will "blink" once and then suddenly everything is frozen, i cant mover the cursor with my mouse or using the laptop. and the only way to recover it is by force stopping by pushing the on button to restart it. There are no major/visible changes when its restarted. in fact it restarts just normally.i have tried doing the System File Checker, and the results were "Windows Resource Protection d
