My laptop is in a Loop it starts then automatic repair a second later undoing changes made to your computer then restart and it continues.

Recently my laptop updated to Win 11 H2 update. later it installed and pc restarted from that the problem start. I am not getting any safeboot option tried alot to resolve this. sfc scan also did with new bootable usb drive. nothing changes. can anyone have answer. I want to recover that do not want to loose OS.
