my laptop is completely unresponsive, frozen, and making a buzzing noise.

My computer is unresponsive and none of the keys works. The laptop is frozen and constantly is making a buzzing noise. I have tried using a brush on my fan to get some dust on while the laptop was on. I’m unsure if this would’ve made anything worse.
