My laptop is asking for an Ethernet cable, I’ve never used one.

So, My HP laptop has been having some WiFi issues.Internet doesn’t work I go and troubleshoot it and it says “Plug an Ethernet cable into this computer” and I’ve never used a Ethernet cable. I watch YouTube videos. My network adapter is working fine, I went on cmd and did the ping command it said it fine. the WiFi service is working too ( I checked by pressing Windows+R than writing services.msc) But then the YouTube video u was watching said to type at (windows+R) the command ncpa.cpl which shows my network connections and it doesn’t show the “WiFi” option.
