My laptop (HP-15s eq2143au, Windows 11) does recognize other device via same USB cable but not recognized my device Oppo A1k. What is the problem? How

my laptop does recognize other device via same USB cable but not recognized my device Oppo A1k. There is a yellow mark with ! On a driver named unknown USB device (device description request failed).All other devices are connecting and working properly but in my Oppo A1k device only charging, there is no option for data transfer or usb threating.I trying to solve this from last 2 days but I am unable to find any solution.
