My laptop has no audio

[Windows 11]

After having a windows update my laptop has stopped recognizing audio sources (inputs and outputs). This is something tha has happened before but everytime I just reverted the windows update. Unfortunately this time this did not work, reverting updates, and downloading and installing drivers from manufacturer does not fix this issue, I have used the audio troubleshooting use most of the tips regading audio in windows page and nothing seems to work, I am unable to restore audio sources. I notice that in device manager there are fewer optios specially regarding realtek ones which are absent but
