My laptop has been blue screening all day and i’ve tried EVERYTHING.

I’m using my mom’s laptop so she’s the admin of the account . I went to use it and it’s blue screening . Even after restarting and doing everything , it won’t do anything .Safe mode isn’t even popping up to use as an option , I’ve called her to see if there’s a recovery key , she can’t find it . the laptop won’t let me uninstall updates , startup settings is useless , system restore turns my screen black , startup repair does nothing as well .It was just working fine yesterday so I'm confused on what’s wrong with it ? I did update it last night as well but it was still fine .
