My laptop has a freeze while opening Task manager and cannot remove my device on Bluetooth. Could I reset the laptop with drivers are installed?

My laptop is having problems while opening the task manager and I cannot remove my device on Bluetooth? Can I reset my laptop to in order to fix the issue?
