My laptop got a firmware update and it doesn't end

My laptop got a firmware update as it said "BIOS corruption is detected and auto update triggered" I let that happen and it started a firmware update and it got completed and a message appeared that it was completed successfully and the windows has to reboot the pc i did that and the same message popped up again it happened for more than 7 times and as soon as I try to start my laptop the same message appears so right now I have forced shut down the pc what should I do abt this?
