My Laptop freezing when i was playing game

[Windows 11]

I was playing game in my laptop legion Windows 11, but suddenly my laptop get freeze, i cannot move my cursor or input my keyboard, and had sound on speaker like "zzzzz". Also i cannot open task manager, press windows, or sleep the laptop, or shut down the laptop. The only way is force shutdown. Anyone know the reason and the solution?? i wish i can insert my video capture here
