My laptop freezes when i play games once a day

So, it's been going on for two months now. I turn on my laptop, play some games, and then my entire screen just freezes. Now, I either get a BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION or CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED error, and it switches between the two. I got my minidumps read, but they didn't really help because most of the time, when my screen freezes, I lose patience and just hold the power button to restart my laptop. It never happens again for a day, but the next day, the cycle continues.
