this problem started a week before, my laptop doesn't turn on even after pressing the power button, I tried removing the battery and powering it directly through the charger but it didn't work, I guessed it must be some software issue so I contacted Dell service center, they checked it and said it's just a common issue due to rainy season sometimes battery gets moistened. after a few hours, I faced the same problem and I again contacted them, they just said it is the same issue and they just said to try the tricks they told me, I'm not satisfied with their work I'm still facing all those same
