My laptop do not turn on today while having both charger and screen LED on all today!!

I pluged my laptop this morning and after a while I found it doesn't turn on while the screen LED, indicating screen is working was on. I unplugged it from charger but neither the charger LED nor the screen LED go off, even when I close the laptop
