My laptop crashes and restarts when I play games

Hello, I have an ROG Zephyrus G14, 2022 model. Just today after my laptop updated, the screen and audio freeze when my laptop hits over 60 degrees when gaming, and then it crashes and brings me back to the windows sign in screen.This happened before a few months ago, and I took it to a repair shop. They fixed it but they said all they did was update the windows stuff and clean the fans, but there's no way the fans have been blocked again in less than 3 months.
