My laptop crashes after i play games like roblox, fortnite, risk of rain 2, im on windows 10

so i can use my browser anything but when i try to game my pc crashes in like 10 minutes something like thati tried updating my windowsi tried using Windows + Ctrl + Shift + Bso if anyone has any idea it whould be great :}
