My laptop crashed and when I booted up I noticed that my display drivers are gone and it was changed to Microsoft Basic Display Driver.

Basically, after my laptop crashed and booted up. My AMD Radeon and Intel graphics card vanished in my device manager. To add, It was using Microsoft Basic Display Driver, and that also didn't show up in device manager. If anyone found this question, please give me advice on what to do.[Cant provide screenshots somehow.]
