My laptop cant connect to internet

After an update, my laptop wont connect to any internet. i cant even click it, only right click and its shown troobleshoot and open settings. i tried every solution from this web and youtube none of it work. now im stuck. should i reset my laptop? or should i uninstall the update, my windows currently are 10 pro, if yes then how to do it?please help me....
