My laptop can't connect to ANY new bluetooth devices and can't reconnect to any old ones

My laptop ANY new Bluetooth devices and can't reconnect to any old ones My PC can't find any Bluetooth devices. It was originally but then it just randomly stopped. I thought it was my earphones because they were breaking down but now I recently bought new headphones which connect perfectly fine to all other device I try EXCEPT my laptop, it doesn't come up half the time then th other times it will say Unkown device (which I think is my headphones because as soon as I connect to my phone it dissapears) but when I click to connect to my latop it says failed to connect immediately.
