My laptop blue screens whenever its plugged in the the error 'WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR' is there anything i can do to fix this?

Whenever i plug in my laptop it blue screen with the error code 'WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR' i have tried resetting my pc, downloading a new windows file, and tampering with my power settings yet nothing has worked. Im starting to think this is a hardware problem rather than a software error.
