MY LAPTOP AUDIO APPEARS TO BE WORKING BUT DOES'NT

I have an MSI thin 10SC The laptop audio appears to be very normal for all my time of using it. However, I do not know what the reason is, after updating Windows, my audio went missing, and my USB-C mic does not work anymore after window reset -I have tried reinstalling windows-troubleshoot -reinstalling the driver here is the picture of the speaker which appears to be normal but there is no sound coming out of the speaker audio problem :

mic I use is usb and was fine untill after I reset window, then it doesnt pic up any soun
