My language won’t change on my laptop.

I just found an old laptop in my grandma house which I used when I was little. The laptop is in Russian and I want to change to English because I don’t understand anything. I tried from control panel and I changed all to English but it didn’t work. I updated the windows and it’s up to date. I don’t know what to do nothing works. Please someone help me.
