i formatted the drive to NTFS but that didn't change anythingEdition Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2 Installed on ‎11/‎24/‎2024 OS build 26100.3194 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.48.0 i also opened device manager and set the usb drive to high performance tried on safe mode but it was the same i tested the usb drive on a laptop with windows 7 and it worked fine
