My Kingston DT101 G2 16gb urDrive wont start

As i click on the program to start running for install or to open. I dont know what it doies as ive never used it before but as i click on it a message pops up on my screen that says NET 2.0p Framework Library is required to run urDrive. Please download from Microsoft and launch urDrive again. I dont know what to do. I have the product version 2.1.0.92 if that helps. I am also running Windows 11 Home Version 24H2 with 64-bit on a Microsoft Surface Laptop Go. If anyone can help please e-mail me at *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or at loony.72486.
