My keyboard's shift is being pressed on its own.

I recently got this issue with my keyboard where the shift key presses on its own without me pressing it and remains pressed until i spam my right shift key on my laptop keyboard. Spamming my right shift key on my keyboard temporarily fixes it. I have tried disabling my shift key, cleaning the shift keys, removing my external keyboard, checking for virus, uninstalling keyboard drivers (i cant completely disable my laptop keyboard since it contains my power button) etc. Almost every solution under the sun.
