my keyboard stopped working

my keyboard stopped working after i reset and did a full wipe and i tried almost everything it doesn’t show up in device manager it works in bios and safe mode but not outside of it deleting all the unknown devices then restarting didn’t work and i even tried downloading new drivers online but it also didn't work and now im seeing the same things be repeated and none of the work please help i just want to play my video games
