My keyboard, mouse and headphones turn off and my screen goes black without a proper reason

My screen goes black without any reason after 5mins to 1h and my keyboard and mouse also turn and lose power but my pc still has power because the fans are still spinning and the motherboard still has the light that indicates it has power but I have restart my pc every time it happens could someone help
