My keyboard keys are not working properly this problem arising repeatly after 7 days have .my system acer window 11 home what should I do

My window 11 the keyboard is not working I have run the Dism one also but no response and there keyboard troubleshooting also not available what should I do and also I have uninstall the drivers and then re update them but nothing happened
