My keyboard keeps using random keys each time I press a key,

for example"k" turns to "`jk;l-=12465" or something else. whenever I try to press F5 or some other keybinds it just shutdowns my PC. I have tried every method.I use my PC, windows 10, and a "Schneider" Keyboard SRG 100.
