My internet is again stuck at 100 mbps

I asked the same question and some guy gaved me some codes to put in cmd it worked but now again. My speed and duplex is set to 1 gbps but still stuck at 100.This is the model of the cable: Ugreen NW153 Ethernet RJ45 Cat 8. Can someone help me please?
