My Internal microphone on Windows 11 is not working Why is it not working?

I got this windows 11 for Christmas last year and the internal microphone stopped working on my Discord app and my camera recorder app and My audio recorder app the microphone worked on January 1 to January 5 or maybe the 6 but I uninstalled drivers and reinstall the drivers back still didn’t show anything improving. I also tested on the windows 11 audio recorder. Still nothing. I even recorded a video of myself saying a few things to see if it had playback of audio . It didn’t play any audio back to me.
