My installed apps are taking up 183gb, but the biggest file is 1.53gb

I wanted to download a new game off steam, but Microsoft Flight Simulator was taking up too much space(200gb). When I went into my storage and into installed apps MSFS was not listed, so I deleted it off steam and went to it's files that it made and deleted them. I expected the entire thing to be gone, but it's saying my installed apps are taking up 183 gb, and it says it found 96 apps, but the biggest one is 1.53gb. So I have no clue where this storage is being took up.
