My input/mic takes the output/headphones sound.

I have JBL Quantum 200 headset with microphone. My splitter has both the mic and headphones cables plugged in. The issue occurred when I was talking with someone when out of a sudden sound from my computer like game sound, spotify, yt etc. could be heard through my microphone (people I was talking with heard the music I played only on my end, didn't stream or share anything it just went through my mic). I tested most things, turned off mix stereo, checked my splitter with my older microphone which worked without any audio coming from my pc, got the newest drivers and the issue is still present
