My huawei matebook d14 laptop keeps crashing on windows

My Laptop keeps crashing and when I check eventview it says:'The Huawei Hiview Windows Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 1000 milliseconds: Restart the service.'pls help :'(
