My HP victus gaming laptop keep blue screen and says dpc-watchdog violation

My laptop keep blue screening. Whenever i am just scrolling through the Internet, it just slowly freezes and then freeze snd then blue screen. It say dpc_watchdog_violation. Ironically, it doesn't happen when i play video games. When the computer reset or i force restart it cause there are times where it just stays blue screen, when i open task manger, the cpu is at a 100 percent. My fan work well and i do clean them.
