My HP Laptop shows that I’m connected to the wifi but it doesn’t load anything

This problem only started tonight, I was using it all day yesterday and it worked just fine. I spent the last hour trying to fix it. The troubleshooter reports that there’s no issues. I checked the driver and it’s up to date. I’ve reset my computer multiple times. I tried a new DNS thing. I even went in the command thingy and typed the stuff. I’m running windows 11. After typing the commands it worked for about 1 minute and then it was messed up again. I don’t know what to do I only bought this laptop a month ago (it was refurbished).
