My HP Envy x360 laptop won't allow me to factory reset and I'm locked out of my windows 10 account.

My HP Envy x360 laptop computer stopped letting me use my fingerprint to access it and I don't remember any password, pin, security questions etc. I have tried everything to get into the windows program but absolutely nothing works! Super frustrating because I am a college student and have an assignment due TODAY unfortunately. My laptop doesn't have a disk drive, I don't have a usb flash, and the factory reset isn't working.
