My HP Envy x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-es1000 has stopped detecting my built in computer.

Recently, the built in camera on my HP Envy x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-es1000 stopped recognizing my built in camera. I've checked the device manager, the settings/permissions, and I've tried multiple command prompts from different forums. I've restarted my computer multiple times, and done everything I can find on videos and online. It's like my computer thinks I've never had an internal camera on my device.
