My hotmail was hacked so I disabled it, now my pc need the pin associated to the account that doesn't exist anymore.

I can't do anything that involves my pin on the pc because the e-mail doesn't exist anymore so it keep getting me error messages. What can i do? I need to change the e-mail so I can use the pc normally. Help, please.
