My headphones work when I have my troubleshooter open but when I close the troubleshooter they clip again.

Hello, so today I got a new set of headphones and they work on my cellphone when i connect them via bluetooth but not when I connect them via bluetooth to my laptop (Windows 11 OS), the music was clipping. I opened my settings and noticed that the audio seemed to be going above the volume. Anyway I decided to troubleshoot and i changed a bunch of settings, such as turning all the enhancement settings off, all of them on, certain ones on and off, etc. However, I noticed when I had the troubleshooter open the audio would sound fine and as soon as I closed the troubleshooter the sound would go w
