my graphic card can't be detected by my laptop

when i open valorant i got extremely low fps but my laptop specs is i5 11400h and rtx 3050 with 8 gb of ramand when i open device manager and want to update my graphics driver my graphics card is hidden and it said Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer. and then i tried using the nvidia app but when i download theres an error that they could not detect my graphic card
