My gpu using low percentage and getting low performance.

Hello, when i play some games my gpu uses 40-30% of its power and like 30% or vram with cpu usage being 10-20% and barely getting 60 fps.I know my pc can handle more because i saw a benchmark which used 100% of gpu and about 60-70% cpu with 40% vram getting easly 160-170 fps.(I am refearing to beamng.drive in this situation because its mostly noticable there.My specs are 4080 super32gb ddr5 ram7800x3dMy pc already has high performance plan as well as all the games i play.Thank you!
