My gateway for 2nd router is missing.

My gateway for 2nd router is missing. I have the dhcp turned off. I do not want to factory reset it. Is their a program that can find it. I am not a tech savvy person. But the ip is reading 169.254.100.138 and subnet is 255.255.0.0. And this is the Wi-Fi adapter address, I tried setting a static up but am not sure if I am doing it correctly. Or if something is already using that connection. My biggest concern is I don't want to factory reset the M1, can I get a program to show me where the Gateway address is. It is not on 10.0.0.1. And not on the ip I changed it to, 192.168.0.1. (Non importa
