My gaming pc went slow

I have a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor, 3701 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s) and a NVIDIA GEFORCE 3060 i was playing tekken 8 and then it crashed after that everything went slow. i searched up how to optimize my pc and i did a factory reset but it didnt work my pc still works but i had to set my graphics to low on everything i know my specs arent that bad but i dont know how to fix it. I feel like i tried everything fixing it. for example updating my microsoft and my graphics card including my motherboard but its still stuttering unless i put everything on low resolutions. the fp
