My Gaming PC crashes when playing any game and the fans run very loud all the time. It also periodically BBOD without reason.

I built a PC on Tuesday, the parts are as follows:i7 8700KASUS ROD Strix Z390-E Gaming Motherboard32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro RAMGigabyte 2070 OCNZXT Kraken X53 280mm AIOTEAMGROUP 512 M.2 SSDSeagate 2TB HDDCorsair m750 GOLD Power Supply.Whenever I turn it on from the first boot the fans have run at full speed it feels like. My wife and some close friends have AIO systems (All of theirs are corsair however) and they all commented on the loudness of the PC fans. When I try to adjust it in NZXT cam no change seemingly happens. The temperatures on CPU and GPU are comfortable at all times tho
