My Games keep crashing every few minuets

hiMost of my games keeps crashing after 10-40 minutes and it shows no error message and sometimes it causes my whole pc to crashthe problem started a few weeks ago and i tried many of the solutions i could find on the internet but nothing works i have Windows 11 pro 12th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-12400F 2.50 GHz 32 GB RamGraphic card: AMD RADEON RX6600XT 8GB i have everything up to date yet it keeps happeningi tried the "SFC/ scannow" command and made sure that there are no corrupt files in the games files, yet it keeps happening what should i do ?
