Hello, can someone help please?My friend has told me she is experiencing trouble with her Windows 11.Problem:Whenever she starts up her computer, after a while, at an unpredictable time it glitches and shows her a BSOD for a few moments and then cuts again to a black screen and switches off. This has happened multiple times per day, for over a week. She has also previously had a purple screen and white screen.
