my fn, function keys not working hanging so much, i can't take screen shot with snipping tool

my fn and function keys are not working like usually when i press f2 for volume down and f3 for up now i can't control volume, camara on/off screen shot like things and also my fn keys isn't working. it was started after i connect with microsoft technical support agent he/she trynaa help me but make my more worse for me to use, now my laptop is lagging, hang in sudden meeting, when i try to take screen shot why one note open i don't know i press Win+shift+s to take screen shot but one note tools screen shot capture but i can't see it, it saves in my one drive. why not snipping tool, i want sni
