My fingerprint scanner is not registering

[Windows Server]

It is saying that the function isnt available because it couldnt find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows hello fingerprint ,I have tried restarting and shutting down and its been more than 24 hours since this occured prior to this it worked fine
